2012
The start of the journey
Michael Buck, Klemens Skibicki and Frank Mühlenbeck decided to merge their passion and knowledge of Digital into a consulting firm.
The decision to start this adventure was triggered by the significant number of businesses looking for guidance on their digital transformation path. The name Convidera stems from the Latin words consulere (consult) and videre (see).
2013
First evidence of Growth
It didn’t take us long to build a remarkable client base. Global brands with challenges across several continents.
Some were in crisis: we helped. Others needed to expand their digital footprint: we paved their path to success.
2014
Building the momentum
We grew our expertise and established credibility in the digital consulting space.
Our team grew up to 30 people and more than 12 large clients trusting us in this field.

A break through year
The year 2015 is a synonym of change and growth for Convidera:
Relaunch of our corporate identity.
Global deployment of our Software Suite Realtrax.
Successful launch of digital magazines for two large clients.
First award-winning Video Campaign.
The team expanded rapidly, and so was the need for new space.
