In an increasingly digitized
market, Gira faced new global competitors and more demanding end customers. Traditionally characterized by direct business relationships, this realization required a strategic realignment. However, Gira was clear: in the face of these challenges, no isolated project should be started, but rather the digital transformation process should be approached across the company. With this challenge, they turned to us.
Our Solution
Together with Gira, we created an incubator after a short strategic process: a dedicated digital team that interacts and exchanges closely with the traditional departments to create and engagingly manage end customer touchpoints. The result: a dedicated business unit that, while firmly belonging to Gira, is located at our campus in Cologne. This constellation allows Gira employees to exchange ideas with the experienced digital professionals from Convidera and, on this basis, quickly develop, test, and bring to market-oriented digital service models for Gira.
What We Have Achieved So Far
Online business through targeted customer activation
Together with Gira, we developed and implemented the "Gira Smart Home Assistant." A configurator that enables data-driven optimization of sales all the way to the analog installation of GIRA products.
With an annual readership of one million for our online magazine and over 100,000 followers on social media, we have significantly increased Gira's reach.
