REMEX, expert in mineral waste disposal in the recycling industry, has previously processed offers and inquiries manually. This not only led to high effort and inefficient order processing, but also to problems in internal communication and business transactions.
Our Solution
In cooperation with REMEX, we developed the platform REMEX PRO, which digitally connects sales and processing processes. This simplifies processes, saves time, and increases transparency. In this way, we were able to not only optimize REMEX's customer service but also enable more efficient business processes.
What We Have Achieved So Far
More than 5 million tons of mineral waste and construction materials have already been requested through REMEX PRO
Customers can submit inquiries via the portal at any time and easily manage weight certificates and invoices digitally
Based on these digital processes, REMEX employees can now organize their workflows in a more structured and efficient manner
